This is version 2 of my Eat Stop Eat review. If you read my last review you’ll know that I didn’t like Eat Stop Eat and pretty much and thought it wouldn’t work.
This is because I read elsewhere that it’s wrong not to eat and if you go without eating your body will go into starvation mode and you’ll gain weight when you start eating again.
Well to put it bluntly I was completely wrong.
Since writing the first review I have re-read the Eat Stop Eat pdf and decided to really give it a go.
I’ve been having wonderful results and have completely changed my mind about Eat Stop Eat. It has kind of become a way of life for me now and is something I can see myself doing for a long time to come.
One problem I do have with Eat Stop Eat is that it’s not very easy to follow. The guide is full of information on why fasting works an why you should do it but when you come to the end of reading it you’ll probably be left asking yourself what to do next. It would be helpful if there were some simple step by step routines to follow so you could get started right away.
Well I’ve come up with a solution to this and I’ll get to it in a minute.
First off let me just explain what Eat Stop Eat is..
Simply put E.S.E is a book written by Brad Pilon that recommends taking a break from eating for 24 hours once or twice per week. This is called intermittent fasting. You simply choose 2 days per week where you wont be eating. You never fast for longer than 24 hours.
The reason for fasting is to reduce calories to help lose weight. By fasting for 24 hours twice a week we are reducing our calories by over 20%.
You may be wondering what it’s like to fast and not eat for 24 hours…
.. Well it’s actually quite easy if you do it the right way which is explained in the book.
One thing I have noticed while I’ve been fasting is that I have more energy when I’m fasting. It’s strange but it appears it’s not just me because I’ve read some other comments on the net from people saying the same thing.
If you want to really see great results then you can exercise while fasting to lose weight quicker. I find that exercising while fasting is much more effective.
When you put fasting and a consistent exercise routine together you have a recipe for success. The fat really does seem to melt off quickly.
I believe it’s a brilliant way to lose weight and improve your health but I also believe there’s something missing. It would be so much better if there was a routine or step by step guide at the end telling you exactly what to do to lose weight and get the best results.
Right now the E.S.E guide mainly focuses on why fasting works so well and why you should do it. Don’t get me wrong it does tell you how to do it but what we really want is to be told step by step exactly what to do to get the best results fast. Right?
Because this is missing from Eat Stop Eat I’ve decided to write a step by step guide for every-one who wants to get the best results possible with Eat Stop Eat.
I call it the Eat Stop Eat Blueprint.
Inside I’ll share with you my personal routine I have been following that has helped me to lose over 10 pounds within the past 5-6 weeks following the E.S.E principals. I’ve even included a second routine that my friend has been using and has lost over 20 pounds in about 2 months. (This routine requires dedication but the results are amazing!). If you are very overweight then routine 2 will help you lose a lot of weight fast.
If you follow my step by step routines then you will lose weight fast and in a way that will make you look and feel great.
